We are out-of-network with all dental Insurance plans. All fees are due at the time of service. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, checks and cash.
As a courtesy, if you have out of network benefits, we will submit a dental insurance claim to your insurance company. You will be reimbursed by your insurance company, according to your contract agreement. Prior to the performance of any dental procedure, we will inform you of your patient responsibilities. We will answer any questions you might have at your dental consultation.
We do not offer free consultations. Every patient is unique in their dental needs. We spend time gathering a full medical history, including a dental examination, evaluation of x-rays and provide a customized treatment plan.
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, money orders, and MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also offer CareCredit, which is a medical/dental/vet credit card, to our patients who request a financial plan service. Information for using the service will be reviewed, if requested, at the time of the initial consultation.
