We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined the following payment policies.
Unless otherwise specified, the entire fee is due at the time of the procedure. We will inform you of your responsibilities prior to performing any procedures, and help you make an informed decision.
For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). If required, we also offer American Dental Association-endorsed payment programs such as Springstone and Care Credit, which allow for affordable payments (see below).
Although we are an out-of-network specialty practice, most insurance plans will cover your periodontal work with out-of-network benefits if your policy covers periodontal care. But of course, we cannot guarantee that your plan will cover our fees. We do not accept HMOs and PPOs. However, you might still be entitled to benefits. Please check with your provider.
As a courtesy, our office will fill out all necessary forms and submit to your insurance company for reimbursement directly to you, but in general, insurers process claims filed directly by patients faster than those filed by service providers (dental offices), so you may wish to submit the claim yourself.
