Qualifications
Dr. Eric Linden was an early pioneer in the field of laser periodontal surgery. With over 35 years of experience, he trains other doctors in laser procedures worldwide. He has treated patients globally, performing tooth extractions, implants, and laser periodontal surgery using various lasers tailored to each procedure. Dr. Linden developed the first “closed” protocol with the CO2 10,600nm laser for treating Peri-Implantitis.
While most periodontists still rely on traditional surgery for advanced gum disease, laser options are often more effective, less painful, and less invasive. Although Dr. Linden still utilizes traditional surgery when necessary, a majority of his patients qualify for laser protocols.
Many of Dr. Linden’s patients are referrals from other dentists, periodontists, hygienists, and medical professionals seeking the most advanced techniques to treat gum disease. Dr. Linden is actively involved in research, with clinical cases under preparation for publication and several clinical studies in progress.
