Why Can’t a Dentist Place another Post and Crown if First One falls out after 5 Years?

It depends on the tooth and the condition of the gums, bone, and the tooth structure.

I would seek the opinion of a specialist such as a Periodontist and a good restorative dentist to make that decision.
